No to sam sobie odpowiadam, z FAQ wine:
"err:win32:do_relocations Standard load address for a Win32 program (0x00400000) not available - security-patched kernel ?" Well, this means that you're most likely using a security-patched kernel that occupies the 0x00400000 Win32 loading base address.

Forget about using Wine with a lot of programs or use a less locked-down Linux kernel.
