Ktoś się w końcu zajął tym błędem :)

Czy leży u kogoś w BUILD jeszcze ten skopany office?
Trzeba sprawdzić te rzeczy:

If you say, that the *.xml files in
<officeinstall>/share/config/registry/instance all have a size of 0
that explains it all: Those files must be valid, rather than empty.

It looks as if your installation set is broken. Please look into
setup.ins, to find the f_xxxx archive where
<officeinstall>/share/config/registry/instance/org/openoffice/Office/Common.xml
is installed from. Please check that archive and the file it contains.
