za pierwszym commitem poszedl zly komentarz (poprawilem pozniej log).

caly smrod wyplynal przy reinkarnacji buildero th-athlon/x86-64
z ktorych przy okazji znieknelo czesc paczek. normalnie tego
nie widac, bo libxml2-* sa poinstalowane na builderach.
