1. PreReq są do wycofania, wszędzie;
   PreReq znaczy teraz tyle co Requires, ale może być uznane za błąd
   składni przez kolejną wersje rpm-a
2. problem z ignorowaniem Requires(post) trzeba rozwiązać w rpm-ie
