Problemy ze zbudowaniem Virtualboksa

Chciałem, zbudować sobie Virtualbox.spec ale mam problem ponieważ używam  
jajka 2.6.22.6_laptop z nałożoną łatką  
linux-phc-0.3.1-kernel-vanilla-2.6.22_sc.patch, która umożliwia obniżanie  
napięcia na procesorach Pentium M. Ale w tym patchu czegoś brakuje  
(aplikuje się czysto) bo przy budowaniu Virtualbox.spec w momencie  
tworzenia modułów wyskakuje:
