3. Jest już oczywiście wszystko działające, ACPI oraz IOAPIC jest OK.
Moje wcześniejsze problemy z niewyłączaniem się płyty (halt) też już 
nieaktualne. Wszystko wyłącza się prawidłowo i nie muszę odcinać zasilania z 
UPS'a, aby wyłączyć z prądu komputer.

4. Dla chętnych poniżej wycinki z konfiguracji serwera : lspci,dmesg,info o 
/dev/md (bo mam RAID1), ifconfig, df, free ..... bla..bla 

5. Przepraszam, że takie długie i dziękuję wszystkim za pomoc.
