Co jest z tym ftp (ftp.pld-linux.org)

Mógłby mi ktoś wytłumaczyć takie coś (oczywiste rzeczy wyciąłem):

$ ftp ftp.pld-linux.org

Nie działa też links/lynx/wget. Ten sam problem - "Illegal PORT command". O 
co w tym chodzi? Nawet nic nie można ściągnąć. Za to przeglądanie przez 
Galeona działa.
