Zwis przy wyłączaaniu xservera

Mam w pracy komputer z grafiką maxtora (konfiguracja xorg.conf w
załączeniu).

Wszystko działa nieźle, ale po wpisaniu "init 0" lub zabiciu Xservera
(Ctrl+Alt+Backspace) pokazuje się czarny ekran i zwis kompa.
Nawet nie mogę się zalogować z innego kompa, tylko pomaga "twardy"
reset.

Może ma ktoś pomysł, gdzie szukać przyczyny.

Cały system to aktualne Ac.
