WARN: Th introduces new libjpeg

Hi,

There is a big rebuild going on in Th currently due to new libjpeg 7.

Please don't upgrade until rebuild is done because you can end up with 
applications segfaulting due to mixed libjpeg 6 and libjpeg 7 dynamic linking.

Easiest way to be safe is to add "ignore = libjpeg*7*" to poldek configuration 
and not installing libjpeg 7.
