Problem z dhcp i resolv

Witam!

Mam nowe łącze od kablówki (Aster) 10/2M.
Niestety konfiguracja statyczna interface'ów nie działa.
Konfiguracja z dhcp podmienia mi resolv.conf, a tego chcę uniknąć, bo 
mam własnego nameda.
Wyczytałem o parametrach DHCP_OPTIONS="-C resolv.conf" lub "-R" w ifcfg-eth3
no i mam problem po ifup eth3 (poniżej).
Jak to się robi żeby działało? (PLD AC)
